There’s a point in November when autumn is almost gone, but not quite.On 8 November, we start the morning at MATCA, then head out with our guides for a 3 to 4 hour hike through the hills around Șimon. We follow the weather, the terrain and the rhythm of the group.
When we come back, lunch is waiting at STUP Restaurant, with a seasonal menu built around November and the new dishes of the month.
After that, the afternoon belongs to Natura SPA. Pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, warmth, and time to do very little.
