About this Event
This daylong Nature Meditation Retreat is designed to awaken your senses and connect you with the world within and around you. Held on secluded private land nestled at the base of Sonoma Mountain, come discover the unique magic of meditating in nature.
We’ll explore simple yet profound practices that draw on our natural capacity for mindfulness, including various sitting and walking meditations, open sensory awareness, heart-centered practices, and unhurried time to attune to the beauty and rhythm of the natural world.
By slowing down and practicing mindfulness outdoors, nature becomes not just the setting, but a living partner in practice and a wise teacher, offering opportunities to connect with qualities like clarity, spaciousness, resilience, interconnectedness, stillness, gratitude, harmony, vitality, and presence.
With guided meditations, reflective conversations, and spacious time to drop in, you’ll come away with:
- A deeper ability to ground your attention and settle your mind
- Expanded awareness of both your inner landscape and the living world around you
- Practical tools to soothe your nervous system and cultivate a sense of ease and presence in your daily life
Participants will receive an email with detailed logistics prior to the retreat.
Sliding scale tickets ranging from $50-$150, with no one turned away for lack of funds.
