I am a certified Movement Medicine® teacher and Somatic Experiencing® practitioner from Prague, Czechia.
Through movement, I create spaces where depth meets lightness, ritual meets joy, and silence meets ecstasy. Spaces where you can stop trying, let yourself be guided and rediscover the dancer already living within you.
