We’re so excited to be hosting another WILD & WILD Spa Connection Day in Shropshire at the beautiful Lion Quays Resort & Spa bringing together an incredible group of women in business for a slow, intentional day of connection, conversation and calm.
No pressure. No awkward introductions. Just a relaxed, welcoming space to meet like-minded women who can inspire and guide you in the direction you dream your business could go, all while taking some time out to recharge and unplug from the day-to-day.
Imagine finishing a light tapas lunch, having made some new business connections, before heading into the thermal suite to find your lounger for the afternoon with a good book knowing the massage you’ve been meaning to book for months is not long away.

9:30am – Arrival & ease In
Arrive gently and follow the signs for Nico's restaurant where you'll meet your hosts, new business friends and our WILD & WILD stall holders. Grab yourself a warm drink and pastry and find your seat around our long table.
10:00am – Share your WHY with the room & Mini Group Mindful Marketing Mastermind guided by your host Charlotte Williams
Take a moment to share your WHY with the room, what inspired you to start your business, what drives you and the difference you hope to make.
Then join Charlotte Williams, founder of Healthy Future Marketing, for a Mini Group Mindful Marketing Mastermind. Together, we’ll explore your business challenges, share ideas, learn from one another and discover simple, authentic ways to market your business with more confidence, connection and purpose.
11:00am – Free time in the Spa & r elaxed connection
The Lion Quays team will show you to your lockers, giving you time to change into your robe and enjoy the spa facilities while connecting with fellow guests in a relaxed setting. Alternatively, head back to Nico’s to browse our wonderful stallholders, discover their businesses and enjoy some retail therapy.
Enjoy some quiet time in the Thermal Spa until 4pm where you can enjoy:
• Gentle rocking halotherapy beds
• Finnish sauna & steam room
• Cascading jets in the bubbling spa pool
• Optional refresh in the Grecian-style pool or jacuzzi
From 12:30pm until 3:30pm – Delicious Tapas Lunch at Nico’s Restaurant
A beautiful light tapas lunch enjoyed whenever you are ready for lunch, plan this around any tretments you have planned and maybe meet up with some new business friends or enjoy some time alone.
From 1:00-4:00pm - Enjoy some self care
There is also the opportunity to add a treatment to your exepreince and we highly recommend it! You’ll be allocated your treatment time slot at the beginning of the day, with all treatments taking place between 1pm and 4pm. To ensure everyone enjoys their own peaceful moment, treatments must be pre-booked ahead of the event.

With over a decade of experience in sales and marketing, she is passionate about helping heart-led businesses grow in a way that feels aligned, calm, and authentic. After experiencing her own struggles with mental health, Charlotte discovered the power of yoga and holistic practices, which led her to train with Academy Healing Nutrition and study Traditional Chinese Medicine, graduating in 2022. Today, her mission is to help as many people as possible find the support they need for their mental health while empowering heart-led business owners to share their work, connect with more people, and grow meaningful businesses.
