Wiggles & Wrapped is a gentle movement class designed for moms to stay active while connecting with their little ones. With your baby close, you can enjoy simple, ballet-inspired movement in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Whether you're looking to ease back into movement, get out of the house, or meet other moms, this class is a chance to move your body and spend some special time with your little one.

Dates: Wednesdays, October 28 – November 18
Time: 4:00–4:30 PM
Ages: Newborn–20 months
Cost: $50 for all 4 weeks
What to bring: A front or back baby wrap is recommended.
