please join us for this ongoing community programme of political history and grassroots education.
For those attending the main sessions, this series of recaps will help bring everyone up to speed and on the same page.
these workshops aim to work towards a better understanding of the ideas presented in the “Why We Are Stuck” sessions; they are designed to process the material attendees have been exposed to and to establish more effective tools for collaborative learning.
like the main sessions, this space is exclusively for African people, “people racialised as black”; we are not a charity, and while we are accepting donations, it is not a dumping ground. If you are bored but want to "slum" in some situational blackness, in terms of better occupying your time, there is traffic to play with. Likewise, if you are avid liberal seeking to extract energy, these sessions are not for you, as they are not designed for pseudo-radicals and petty tyrants.
future sessions will aspire to include a wider array of peoples into this mix, but for now, these sessions are for those who will unambiguously be targeted by the machine. Beyond this, these informative events are welcoming to our many melanin rich people.
This work is geared towards helping to restore the African personality, and to bring wholeness to a people subject to ongoing historical amnesia and erasure.
Bring family, friends, neighbours, or come alone - all are to be nurtured and encouraged this event is exclusively for African family BLACK people. For the sake of safety and wellbeing, people who do not meet and fit this description will have their tickets returned and will be turned away at the door. Future events and spaces will accommodate them.
