Facilitators
Octavia Xiaozi Yang Octavia is an award-winning artist and trauma-informed creative facilitator. She blends Eastern wisdom with art, movement, and somatic awareness to guide emotional release and foster inner reconnection. Her work has been exhibited internationally and featured in Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. She holds an MA from the University of the Arts London and is certified in Guided Drawing and Clay Field through the Institute for Sensorimotor Art Therapy.
Lina Elijose (ADCH, PsyDip, Cert. C, Pos Ps) Lina is a trauma-informed psychotherapist who integrates somatic therapy with creative approaches. She supports individuals in releasing tension, processing emotions, and reconnecting with their authentic selves. Her holistic perspective honours each person’s innate capacity for growth and meaningful connection.
Our Collaboration
Octavia and Lina have teamed up to create a unique space where creativity, somatic awareness, and psychological insight meet. Both guided by their personal experiences and a shared belief in the transformative power of mindful expression, they are committed to supporting women and families in reconnecting with their inner strength and authenticity. Through art, movement, and reflective practices, they empower participants to release emotional blocks, nurture resilience, and rediscover joy — spreading the belief that every individual carries their own inner light waiting to be seen and expressed.
