After battling to save his small farm amid the crisis of the 1980, Joe Henry was looking for a way to make his hard work permanent. One idea struck him - whiskey, made from heirloom grains grown on his family farm. His determination paid off, resulting in the brand J Henry & Sons. Built on the hard work of three generations of farmers, the whiskeys of J Henry are made from a unique four-grain recipe and aged in a barn exposed to the harsh Wisconsin climate. In this class, distillery representative Andrew Ready will lead you on a deep dive into the inner workings of J Henry and Sons. Expected to taste delicious, limited productions of Bourbons and Ryes while learning just what makes this distillery so special.
