Enter a room built for cold hands and warm company. Where the first pour is soft as a cashmere sleeve against skin, the second carries the worn-in warmth of a coat that's seen a hundred winters, and the third settles into something rawer — smoke, peat, and the kind of honesty that only comes once the night has properly begun.
