CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Come and create a series of whimsical and frameable cups or mugs, using a fun range of mixed media materials. Collage, paint and ink will al be options.
All materials are included and participants will leave with a series of unique works -- some turned into hand-made greetings cards and their favorite cup/mug matted and ready to frame.
About the Instructor:
Jennifer studied studio art as an undergraduate student and earned an MA in (Italian) Art History. Her artwork has been exhibited in Rome, Italy; Portland, Oregon; Arlington, Virginia; and Washington, DC. In addition to being a practicing artist, she teaches at the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington and has been a Visual-Artist-in-Residence with MedStar Georgetown University Hospital's Arts & Humanities Program since 2018.
