They have been teaching for more than 10 years each and have a wide range of knowledge and skills. Both internationally known and high level teachers, they will offer a creative, fun and challenging acroyoga experience.
Twelve hours of workshops spread over 2 days:
* Saturday will be all about dance acro & flow with pops and icarians
* Sunday will be all about dance acro & whips
They will bring their unique combination of skills mixing things up with:
**Dance lifts**
**Whips and Whip-pops**
**Creative flows: funky entrances, Icarians and cool exits**
We will have 4 blocks during this workshop :
On Sunday we will recap everything you have learned over the weekend and end with a lunar cool down to stretch out your sore muscles.
Saturday 1st March, dance acro & flow with pops and icarians:
*12.00 - 15.00: first workshop (3h)
*15.00 - 16.00: break
*16.00 - 1900: second workshop (3h)
Sunday 2nd March, dance acro & whips:
*10.00 - 13.00: first workshop (3h)
*13.00 - 14.30: break
*14.30 - 16.30: second workshop (2h)
*16.30 - 17.30 recap & lunar time ( 1h )
All workshops will be multilevel, ensuring that everyone will be able to find the right challenge and support. However, the intensive is not suitable for beginners. You should be comfortable with basic washing machines, like ninja star and four-step. Some familiarity with pops is recommended and we encourage practicing basic whips (Tarzan and Back-whip) in the weeks leading up to the intensive. This can be a whip version with hands.

TEACHING TEAM:
INEZ ALMEIDA is an acroyoga teacher, actress, dancer and Thai massage therapist. She has been drawn to movement since she can remember and has explored it in many different forms and styles.
Her movement journey started at the age of 9 in the Ballet Conservatory of Lisbon where she studied for several years.Inez has a Bachelor in physical acting from the Theatre University of Amsterdam, she is a certified teacher in both Acroyoga international and Montreal style and holds also a certificate in healing Thai yoga massage. She has been working as a freelance traveling extensively in several continents with her artistic work, and has been teaching Acroyoga intensively throughout the past 10 years in many communities in Europe.
She gives regular classes, monthly international workshops, yearly retreats and works for different dance companies.
She believes in sharing with an open heart, creating space for connection, trust and intimacy. Check out:

KAREL SALET is a dedicated acrobat that has been teaching over the last 10 years in both weekly classes, national and international conventions.
He loves to bring happiness and joy in his workshops as much as bringing high quality content.
He is a standing acro master, icarian and whip's enthusiast, and a dance acro fanatic.
Karel and Inez have also co-hosted with more teachers the Paascroyoga festival in the Netherlands for a couple of years together... and have recently started to teach dance lift workshops for dancers, actors/ mimers /artists as well.
Together they have a wide variety of creative material and techniques and tons of teaching experience.
They love to play and be silly while providing highly technical cues that will unlock your moves and improve your technique.
