About this Event
Upward Spiral Dance creates welcoming, community-driven dance experiences for adults who are starting or returning to dance, with no prior experience required. Our classes offer a supportive, inclusive space to build confidence, learn foundational movement skills, and rediscover the joy of dancing!
When Women Gather explores the lived experience of women in America: the constant overstimulation, invisible emotional labor, frustration of navigating a patriarchal society, and the deep bonds that sustain us through it all. It is a dance about friendship, rage, exhaustion, resilience, and the extraordinary strength that emerges when women gather in community.
