When the Irish Invaded Canada & The Nashville Connection
What happens when Irish history, Canadian history and Nashville history collide? Come find out with author Christopher Klein, whose book When the Irish Invaded Canada explores the little-known story of the Irish-American revolutionaries who launched a series of invasions of Canada in the 1860s.
Join Irish Network Nashville and Ancient Order of Hibernians for an engaging evening with Christopher as he brings this fascinating chapter of history to life and explores the surprising Nashville connection woven into the story. His book will also be available for purchase that evening.
Expect fascinating stories, unexpected connections and plenty of Irish history you probably didn’t learn in school.
Whether you’re a history enthusiast, an Irish history buff or simply curious about a great story, this is an evening you won’t want to miss.
