Wheel of the Year day Course, Samhain, The Sacred TurningJoin us for a magical and meaningful day as we gather to celebrate Samhain, the sacred turning of the Wheel of the Year.
Samhain marks a powerful point in the seasonal cycle: the end of the harvest, the beginning of the darker half of the year, and a time traditionally associated with reflection, remembrance, release and new beginnings.
Whether the Wheel of the Year is completely new to you or already part of your spiritual practice, this relaxed and welcoming day is an opportunity to learn, explore, create and connect.
🌙 During the day we’ll explore:
🍁 The history, meaning and traditions of Samhain
🍁 An introduction to the Wheel of the Year and its eight seasonal festivals
🍁 Why Samhain is traditionally seen as the beginning of the Wheel
🍁 The cycles of nature and how they can reflect our own inner journey
🍁 Ways to reconnect with the seasons and bring their meaning into everyday life
🍁 Practical ideas for preparing for the next turn of the Wheel
But this isn’t just a day of sitting and listening!
We’ll also enjoy creative seasonal activities and crafts, reflection, discussion and a fun exploration of the Wheel of the Year with plenty of opportunity to share, learn and connect with like minded people.
✨ No previous knowledge or experience is needed.
Simply bring yourself, your curiosity and an open heart.
