What the Woo?! is a fun, relaxed and interactive class where we explore these topics together—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you believe any particular thing.
Each class focuses on a different topic and may include conversation, simple hands-on exercises, demonstrations, meditation, energy awareness, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
I'll share what I've learned through my years of working with energy, while encouraging you to explore what resonates with you.
