Join us at our Westminster Open Day to explore our courses, meet our teaching and support teams and discover the facilities and opportunities available to you.
What to expect on the day
To help you make the most of your visit, our Open Day follows a planned schedule, with visitors attending in smaller groups. Each group will take part in three sessions:
- Assistant Principal Talk (30 minutes) – Find out more about studying at Capital City College and the opportunities available to you.
- Curriculum Discussion and Course Advice (30 minutes) – Meet our teaching teams, explore your course options and ask any questions you may have.
- Campus Tour and Student Demonstrations (30 minutes) – Explore our facilities, see our learning spaces and discover what it's like to study at Westminster.
Your visit will last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, including arrival and registration.
Choose your arrival time
When booking, you'll be asked to select your preferred arrival time. Each arrival time corresponds to a scheduled group, so please choose the time that works best for you.
Available arrival times. Please note a limited number of spaces are available in each slot:
- 4pm: Group A
- 4.30pm: Group B
- 5pm: Group C
- 5.30pm: Group D
- 6pm: Group E
Important information about your visit
To help us provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please note:
- Arrival times: Please arrive at the time shown on your ticket. If you arrive early, you will need to wait until your allocated group begins. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to join an earlier group.
- Guests: Each prospective student may bring one accompanying guest only, due to limited capacity at the campus.
- Tickets: Only prospective students need to book a ticket. Your accompanying guest does not need to register separately.
- Event schedule: All visitors will follow the three scheduled sessions with their allocated group. Please allow enough time to attend the full event.
