About this Event
The West Town Growth Exchange: Small Business & Creative Leader Mixer is an in-person event for small business and creative leaders.
Useful local business relationships often begin with a practical conversation.
West Town Growth Exchange is a small-format gathering for Chicago small-business owners, independent professionals, freelancers, creatives, and operators who want a more focused alternative to crowded networking events.
The evening combines three formats:
Local Growth Roundtables
Small facilitated groups discuss topics such as:
- small-business operations;
- customer communication;
- local marketing;
- creative services;
- freelancer workflows;
- project planning;
- professional collaboration.
Participants may share lessons and general resources without disclosing confidential client or business information.
Practical Idea Exchange
Guests can discuss tools, processes, community resources, and approaches that have been useful in their own work.
The event does not provide individualized legal, financial, tax, or business advice.
Creative & Business Social
The final portion allows participants to continue conversations and exchange professional contact information voluntarily.
The organizer does not operate a paid referral marketplace or guarantee introductions.
No attendee is promised clients, referrals, sales, contracts, partnerships, employment, or business growth.
Aggressive sales pitching, MLM promotion, investment solicitation, lead harvesting, and repeated unwanted follow-up are not permitted.
