Explore the South Devon coast with Ortava Outdoors
Fancy getting outdoors, meeting new people and enjoying some fresh sea air?
Join us for a relaxed Saturday morning coastal walk from Wembury to Heybrook Bay, taking in beautiful views of the Great Mewstone and Plymouth Sound along the way.
We’ll follow the South West Coast Path towards Heybrook Bay before returning to Wembury, enjoying the scenery and a friendly, sociable atmosphere.
This walk is ideal for anyone looking to explore more of the local coastline, try a guided group walk or simply enjoy a couple of hours outdoors.
There are some hills and uneven sections, but we’ll keep a comfortable pace with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the views.

Good to Know
Terrain: This walk includes hills, uneven coastal paths and potentially muddy inland sections.
Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Please keep them under close control and on a lead where required.
Children: Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the walk.
Parking: Free for National Trust members. Please bring your membership card to scan at the parking machine. Charges apply for non-members.
