Join us for an immersive 9D Breathwork journey: Letting Go, followed by a restorative sound bath integration - an invitation to soften emotional heaviness, explore old patterns, and create space for new beginnings.
Through guided breathwork, immersive soundscapes, visualisation, and somatic practices, you’ll be supported to explore what you’re ready to release and reconnect with how you want to move forward.
We’ll close with a sound bath delivered through your headphones, giving you time to rest and absorb the experience. An optional singing bowl placed gently on the body will offer an additional sensory element to support grounding and relaxation, with your consent.
