Discover the joy of pickleball in an inclusive experience where members of the public and persons with disabilities can learn, play and connect on court.
Whether you are new to pickleball or looking to try something different, this session welcomes beginners of different abilities to learn the basics, explore adaptive gameplay and enjoy playing together in a supportive environment.
This programme is curated by Thirtytwocm as part of Enabling Lives Festival, organised by SG Enable.
What to Expect
The session begins with an introduction to pickleball and a guided introduction to basic skills, including how to hold the paddle, serve and rally.
Participants will then put their new skills into practice through fun activities and a doubles mini-game, supported by coaches and Play Buddies of different abilities.

Throughout the session, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Learn the basic skills and rules of pickleball
- Discover how gameplay can be adapted to support different abilities
- Practise teamwork and communication through fun activities
- Build confidence while playing and learning alongside others
- Experience how inclusive sports create opportunities for connection and participation

Programme Information
- Age Requirement: Open to participants aged 6 and above.
- Ticket Registration: Each ticket admits one person, including children and accompanying parents or caregivers. Please register a separate ticket for each person attending.
- Caregiver Support: Participants who may need assistance with communication or participation are welcome to attend with a caregiver. Caregivers are welcome to join the activity alongside them.
- Physical Activity Considerations: We welcome participants of different abilities. However, as this programme involves physical movement around the court, it may not be suitable for individuals who use wheelchairs or walking aids. Participants should be comfortable standing, moving around and taking part in light physical activity.
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
- Meeting Point: Lobby at the drop-off point, Delta Sports Centre, 900 Tiong Bahru Road, Singapore 158790.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before the programme starts for registration. Participants must check in at the event to be eligible for a deposit refund.

- Personal Responsibility: We encourage all participants to take reasonable care of their own safety and belongings throughout the programme. Parents and guardians are responsible for the care and supervision of children under their charge. Participants who require additional support are encouraged to attend with a caregiver. Our team will do our best to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment, and we appreciate everyone's cooperation in making the experience enjoyable for all.
- Photography and Videography: Photography and video recording may take place during the event. Images and recordings may be used by Thirtytwocm, SG Enable and our partners for promotional and communication purposes, including advertising, websites, social media and other related materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform our team at the registration desk upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Refundable Deposit and Cancellation: To encourage attendance, the deposit will be refunded to participants who check in at the event. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before the programme. Deposits will be forfeited for participants who do not attend or cancel within 48 hours of the programme, in accordance with the event's refund policy.
