Wellness in the Sky- Sound Bath Meditation

Join us at Skydeck Chicago on Tuesday, May 26, on the 99th floor of Willis Tower for a guided Sound Bath Meditation hosted by Jay Taylor of Current Vibrations. Enjoy the frequencies of the singing bowls while you find relaxation, rejuvenation, and release.

Event Schedule:

• 6:30 pm: Check-in at front desk in the Franklin Lobby
• 7:00 pm: Guided Soundbath Meditation begins with Jay Taylor
• 8:00 pm: Mingle after meditation. Begin heading up to 103rd floor to experience The Ledge

About the Class:

• Current Vibrations is for beginners and experienced meditators. All are welcome!
• Please bring your own mat or meditation pillow.
• The meditation will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Please arrive on time so there are no disruptions during Jay's meditation.

Arrival:

• You must have a government issued photo ID to be able to check-in with the building's secruity.
• Once approved, you'll go through security and then escorted to the 99th floor. There will be an elevator up to 66, a transfer to 67, and then another elevator up to 99.
