Join us for a communitybeginner-friendly restorative yoga class set to the smooth sounds of R&B and similar music at Grass Roots Kava Ybor. This soulful session includes gentle movement, guided meditation, and a calming sound bath, perfect for easing stress and recharging your energy.
We'll close with a tasting of Grass Roots Kava beverages, Taste and then purchase your favorite to enjoy after class to keep the vibe going. 🌿✨
Space is limited. Bring your yoga mat if you have one; props are provided! 1st Saturday of every month unless otherwise noted. The cost to participate is one drink purchase before or after class at Grassroots Kava , they have tea, coffee, kava, and many other delicious beverages!
