Please join the Ellis County Wellness Committee and Healthy Buffalos for Yoga with the Herd!As part of the Holiday Wellness Challenge, we’re getting together for an inclusive and fun opportunity to stretch, move, and focus on your physical well-being.
Healthy Buffalos, a program of Buffalo Adventures, creates inclusive opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in fitness, sports, life skills, and community activities. Together, we’ll enjoy a welcoming wellness experience where everyone can participate, move at their own pace, and have some fun along the way!
Whether you’re a yoga regular or you’ve never tried it before, this is a great way to get moving and check one more healthy habit off your holiday checklist.
Bring: A water bottle, comfortable clothing that allows you to move, and your own yoga mat (extras will be available).
All experience levels are welcome for this FREE event!
