Please join the Ellis County Wellness Committee for a walk on the indoor track at the HaysMed Center for Health Improvement!This wellness challenge is a great opportunity to get your steps in, enjoy some movement, and connect with others all in a comfortable indoor environment. Whether you’re working toward a step goal, getting back into a fitness routine, or simply looking for a reason to get moving, come walk with us!
What to Bring:
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing appropriate for exercise. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
Important Facility Information:
- Non-members: Please stop by the Front Desk when you arrive to complete a required waiver before participating.
- During this event, only the designated areas being used for the wellness challenge may be utilized. Participants should not use other areas or equipment within the Center for Health Improvement.
