Pop-up Information
Come and spend Small Business Saturday with Well Versed Books, Cleveland’s Black woman-owned mobile bookstore, at our first-ever pop-up at CLE Urban Winery!
The Well Versed Books pop-up is free and open to everyone from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. No ticket is required to attend. Come shop the Well Versed shelves, start your holiday shopping, grab a drink, enjoy some music, and spend Small Business Saturday supporting a new local bookstore.
Well Paired
During the pop-up, we’re hosting Well Paired, a 21+ books and wine experience from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. This Eventbrite page is for Well Paired tickets.
We’re pairing six CLE Urban Winery wines with six books from the Well Versed shelves. We’ll feature some of the books we’ve been loving, a few you may have seen all over Black BookTok, and others we think deserve a spot on your TBR.
As we move through the pairings, you’ll learn about each wine, hear about each featured book, and join the conversation. You’ll also have a chance to share what you’re reading and what you’d like to see more of on the Well Versed shelves.
Your $30 ticket includes a tasting of six wines, all six book pairings and conversations, and small bites and dessert. You’ll also receive 10% off your Well Versed Books purchase that evening.
The featured books are not included with your ticket, but they will be available to purchase from Well Versed Books during the pop-up or through our Bookshop.org storefront.
Well Paired is 21+ and limited to 25 guests.
If you’re on the Well Versed Books email list, check your inbox for your special subscriber code to purchase your ticket for $27.
