About this Event
You've been working hard on your weight-loss journey. Maybe you've made real progress, found a routine that works, and started feeling good about where you're headed.
And now the holidays are coming.
Thanksgiving dinner, family gatherings, favorite dishes you only get once a year, and traditions you've looked forward to. Along with travel, busy schedules, and routines that don't fit quite so neatly anymore.
You want to enjoy all of it. But you also don't want to undo the progress you've worked so hard to make.
The good news? You don't have to choose between enjoying the holidays and continuing your weight-loss journey.
The answer isn't depriving yourself of everything you love. And it isn't throwing your hands up and waiting until January to start again.
Join us for a free, practical conversation about enjoying the holidays while keeping your goals in sight, even when things don't go according to plan.
What We'll Explore
- Enjoying holiday food and celebrations without abandoning your goals.
- Keeping your weight-loss journey going when routines get disrupted.
- Finding your way forward when things don't go according to plan.
We'll leave time for questions and conversation, too.
