Weekly Ongoing Park Qigong Practice
Join us every Saturday morning at Ortega Park in Sunnyvale for a gentle outdoor Qigong experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.
This beginner-friendly practice session combines:
• Gentle flowing QIgong movement
• Breathwork and relaxation
• Nervous system regulation
• Stretching and balance training
• Mind-body awareness practices

8:30–9:30am
Every Saturday, evern through the cooler months, except usually 2nd Saturdays of the month when I'm running an all day Qigong workshop.
Suggested donation basis $20/-
Bring:
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• Layers for weather changes
