Support set by Blai
Audien, Nathaniel Rathbun, is an American DJ and producer from Mystic, Connecticut, known for his euphoric progressive house sound, emotional melodies, and festival anthems.
He began producing electronic music as a teenager in 2008, drawing inspiration from trance and artists like Armin van Buuren. His early talent caught the attention of Ferry Corsten, who released his track “Rise & Shine,” helping launch his career. Audien steadily gained recognition through releases on Anjunabeats and other leading dance labels before reaching a major milestone in 2014 with his Grammy-nominated remix of Bastille’s “Pompeii.”
In 2015, he reached new heights with “Insomnia” and “Something Better” featuring Lady A, which topped the US dance charts, while the latter also crossed into mainstream pop. He continued building his reputation with tracks like “Crazy Love,” “One More Weekend,” and “Higher,” before releasing his debut album, Escapism, in 2019.
In 2022, Audien launched Progressive House Never Died, an event brand celebrating the euphoric sound that helped define a generation of dance music. Since then, he has continued championing progressive house while evolving his sound through releases and collaborations. In 2025, he released his second studio album, First Love, showcasing a more personal and emotionally driven side of his music. As of 2026, Audien remains a major force in dance music, with new releases including “In Every Life,” “Sacrifice,” and “High Hopes,” alongside performances at major venues such as the Las Vegas Sphere, continuing to push his signature melodic sound onto the global stage.
