WEEKLY COMMUNITY ROUNDTABLE: This week’s theme is…: PUBLIC SAFETYMonday, Oct 5th, 2026
5 PM at T/aco
5–6 PM: Listen & talk housing
6 PM: Stay, mingle & keep the conversation going
Every week, we’re bringing Boulder neighbors together around a different question facing our city.
This week, it’s public safety.
How should Boulder balance compassion for people in crisis with the expectation that parks, paths, libraries, and other public spaces remain safe and usable for everyone?
How do we support people experiencing a crisis while also making sure our shared public spaces work for everyone? What approaches can address both needs?
And perhaps most importantly: what can the city do to improve public safety while maintaining compassion for people in crisis?
Your experiences and perspectives matter. These conversations give Aquiles the chance to hear directly from Boulder residents, learn what’s really happening in our community, and understand the different perspectives on what matters to the people who live here.
Come listen. Bring your experience. Bring your questions. And stay afterward to meet the people who make Boulder home.
Monday at 5 PM at T/aco.
We hope you’ll join us!
