Take a mindful pause for you. Join me for a restorative morning sound bath designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and renew your connection with yourself before the weekend unfolds.

This nurturing 60-minute experience invites you to rest, recalibrate, and return to center. Surrounded by nature and soothing sound vibrations, you’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply renewed, ready to move into your weekend with calm and clarity.

Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance. Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up your cozy spot so that we can start on time and you can enjoy the full experience.

📍 Cemetery Memorial Park in Ventura

🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfy layers. Optional: pillow, blanket, or bolster to stay cozy.

🌿 This is a donation-based gathering.
You can either make a donation through Eventbrite when you register, or register for free and make a donation in person via Venmo. Pay what you can, suggested donation $5-15

Please note: Sound baths are not recommended for individuals diagnosed with sound-induced epilepsy, individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, and people with a history of severe mental health conditions.
