BECOME A QUALIFIED LIFEGUARD THIS NOVEMBER
Looking to start working as a lifeguard, find a part-time job in leisure or gain valuable lifesaving skills?
Elite Lifesaving Skills is running an RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) course at Mayfield Leisure Centre, Redbridge this November.

What will I learn?
The NPLQ combines practical pool training, first aid and essential lifeguarding knowledge.
Training includes:
🏊 Pool rescue techniques
🛟 Casualty recovery
❤️ CPR and First Aid
⚡ AED use
👀 Pool supervision and accident prevention
⚠️ Emergency procedures
🤝 Communication and teamwork
🚑 Responding to real-life pool emergencies
Training is practical and hands-on, with candidates developing the skills and confidence required to respond effectively in a swimming pool environment.
