Now that the heat bubble we've lived through appears to be breaking, we're prepping for the delightful fall temps that may unexpectedly drop or increase in a couple of hours! Rosé is versatile because it is produced all around the world, for all seasons!

Rosé wines transition seamlessly into the autumn season by offering a versatile middle ground between crisp summer whites and heavier winter reds. As the temperature drops, fuller-bodied rosés—particularly those crafted from robust grape varieties like Syrah, Grenache, or Mourvèdre—provide a richer texture and deeper savory notes that perfectly complement the cooler weather. These autumn-appropriate rosés frequently feature complex aromas of dried cranberries, orange peel, and subtle earthy spices rather than bright tropical fruits. However, their characteristic bright acidity cuts beautifully through the richer, more comforting textures of fall cuisine, effortlessly balancing roasted root vegetables, savory mushroom tarts, and herb-crusted poultry too!
We'll be serving six wines together with charcuterie family-style, along with a light snack too and as always great conversations, this time with accents that match the wine! 7 - 9:00 PM $65 + tax pp
