The Route
Our Battersea route consists of two laps of the park: one large lap and one small lap.
The weather can be unpredictable, so please dress appropriately and bring anything you might need to stay safe and comfortable during the run.
Bag Drop & Arrival
We'll have a car available for you to leave your belongings in while we run. Please note that all belongings are left at your own risk.
We ask that everyone arrives as close to 6:50pm as possible so we can get going promptly at 7pm without keeping the rest of the group waiting.
*A Little Note on Pace
Our Wednesday runs are what we like to call a "tempo-conversational pace" - to us that means pushing yourself a bit harder while still being able to hold a conversation. We aim to stick as closely as possible to our advertised 5:30 min/km pace, but we're only human! Expect anything between 5:10 and 5:50 min/km, depending on the evening.
