About this Event
Begin your day under the shady oaks, rustling of the farm animals and the beauty of Koehler Wine Estate vineyards.
Shawna & Michelle will guide you through an all-levels yoga flow designed to help you unwind, reconnect with your body, and settle into the present moment. For the dreamiest extended Savasana, you'll be guided into a reiki infused sound bath, allowing space for deep rest and reflection.
Included with your ticket and following the practice, enjoy a glass of wine and the opportunity to linger in community, taking in the peaceful surroundings and savoring the simple pleasures of the afternoon. Bring a little piece of the experience home with a complimentary Koehler Wine Estate wine glass.
Whether you come for the movement, the stillness, the connection, or the wine, this experience invites you to slow down, nourish your senses, and end your day feeling grounded and renewed.
What to bring: a yoga mat, optional bolster/pillow, water.
