**Whānau Picnic – Celebrating Penny Holmes' Retirement**
Kia ora koutou! After many years at Waiheke Community Childcare since 1985 our much-loved Penny Holmes is retiring and she warmly invites you to come and celebrate with her.
This is a get-together for everyone who has been part of our centre over the years: kaiako past and present, parents and whānau. Maybe you came here as a little one and now bring your own tamariki. We'd love to see you!
**When:** Friday 30 October, 3pm onwards
**Where:** Palm Beach Playground, Waiheke Island
Bring your own picnic and a blanket to sit back, catch up and reconnect.
**Bring your memories!** If you have any photos or special keepsakes from your time at Waiheke Community Childcare please bring them along to share.
**This is a Zero Waste Event.** Please take home everything you bring with you.
