Bag Policy Large bags including rucksacks are not allowed. There are no facilities to leave large bags or luggage. If you really have to bring a bag - and it's preferable you don't, please make sure it's small. Only one small bag per person is permitted and it must not be bigger than A4 size.
Accessibility
Wheelchair positions are for wheelchair users. Ambulant positions are for patrons with disabilities/conditions that are unable to use general arena seating/standing. Patrons requiring a hearing induction system or other services (BSL/Audio Description etc) should call the venue Operations Manager on 023 8083 2289 for more information. The accessible ticket policy limits 1 free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased. If you need more than 1 essential companion or additional positions, please call the Box Office on 023 8063 2601. The opening hours are Mon & Wed 9.00am-6.00pm, Thurs 10.00am-4.00pm & Fri 9.00am-4.00pm. By purchasing an accessible ticket, you confirm you or a member of your party require this position. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected/found.

Under 14s accompanied by an adult 18+. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.
