WATERFALL HIKE & FOREST MEDITATION Saturday, October 17th
10:00am - 12:00pm
(Please dress comfortably for weather)
🌞Come one, come all to Self-Care Saturday in Gatineau Park with Realign and Flow! 🌊
🌳What to look forward to:
🌿Gorgeous Nature-immersion!
🌿Learn a little about this fascinating area.
🌿Grounding connection circle and group meditation at beginning of path.
🌿Opportunity to connect and make new friends!
🌿Opportunity to connect with Natural Forest and Waterfalls
🌿Waterfall Hike & Meditation
Gatineau Park trailhead location shared upon registration🌿
👣Hike will be around 45mins in and out to waterfall.
🎒What to bring:
✅Weather-appropriate clothing (we’ll be outside rain/shine for approximate 2hrs).
✅Footwear for hiking easy-to-medium-level hilly trail.
✅ Walking sticks/poles for balance/comfort/safety. (Optional)
✅Water bottle
✅ Sunscreen/Hat
✅ Mosquito Spray (if needed)
✅ Camera (optional during hike. We will stop for a couple of photo snaps if desired)
Provided:
💠Guided sensory-connect meditation.
💠Guided sharing-connection-circle as we gather as Self-Care Community.
💠Guide, Alex Schettler (Founder and RMT of Realign & Flow, and Self-Care event facilitator) for hike and gathering circles this October 17th, as well as:

This trailhead offers ample parking.
Parking Rates as per NCC. (Carpooling encouraged)
Washroom access from Parking lot and Beginning of Trailhead only.
Donation $20 per person
