WARRIOR FUNDAMENTALS | Wrestling • Striking • Self-Defense
Join us Thursday, October 29, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, for an all-ages Warrior Fundamentals seminar bringing together wrestling, striking, and practical self-defense in one high-level training experience.
Featuring Jacob Howland, elite international wrestling coach and U.S. Marine Veteran, alongside Colton Smith, UFC Ultimate Fighter winner, Army veteran, and multi-time Black Belt BJJ World Champion, and Kelsey De Santis, Marine MAIT/K-9 veteran, and women’s self-defense instructor & advocate.
This seminar is designed for all ages and experience levels and will focus on practical fundamentals, combat-sport skills, and real-world self-defense concepts.
