A waning moon brings a natural turn toward release, rest, and reflection. As the moon’s light fades over about two weeks, this phase is traditionally a time for clearing out and finishing what’s in progress rather than starting something new. Our November 4th sound bath falls in the waning crescent, just ahead of the new moon in Scorpio on November 9th. Scorpio is a water sign associated with depth and honesty, so this lunation invites us to look beneath the surface at the habits and emotions we may have been avoiding. Perhaps this is a moment to slow down, let go of what we’re carrying, and make room for the intentions we’ll set when the new cycle begins.
Join us for an hour to release and rest. These sound baths are carefully curated to provide you with the upmost comfort and include a guided meditation paired with a crystal bowl sound session.
We recommed you reserve your seat early as these sessions fill up quickly.

Your sound bath experience is offered in a warm, comfortable room with an extra cushy yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and blocks provided for your support. Once settled, I gently walk you into a state of calm with guided words and healing quartz crystal singing bowl vibrations that allow you to drift into bliss.
Bring a water bottle and any additional supportive props you like. We delight in wearing cozy socks and eye masks. Noise reducing earplugs help soothe sensitive ears.
