This Walking group has become my favorite thing ever. A great space to build community, to meet amazing new women, have great conversations and a fun time while exploring a pretty park in London 🥰
Walking daily can help you maintain a healthy weight, improve your cardiovascular health and lower your blood pressure. I mean what more do you wantttt!
This is a FREE guided walk. Join me at a park in central London and I'll take you on a 45 minutes walk.
During this walk you can ask me any fitness related questions. I will give you walking tips and general fitness tips that helped me lose 14.4kgs in 3 months🥰
