P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome Henry Millman to celebrate his new book, Ornamental Cornices, with a walking tour stopping at the very sites photographed in his book. Join us to see why buildings in our neighborhood are built the way they are built.
The tour will gather at P&T Knitwear at 1:30pm, depart at 2:00pm, and return around 3:00pm, where Henry will be signing books!
About the author:
Henry C. Millman lived in New York City for thirty-three years. He worked as an off-Broadway theatrical set designer (winning an Obie Award in 1977), historic building draftsperson, and shop drawing professional for the architectural millwork trade. He currently lives in Storrs, Connecticut.
Housekeeping notes:
- Books will be available for purchase at the event.
- Cost of a book bundle ticket reflects the total cost of the feature event book (MSRP plus tax). Each book bundle ticket guarantees ticket holders one (1) copy of the feature event book.
- The tour will be followed by a book signing. Books signed at P&T Knitwear events must be purchased from P&T Knitwear.
- If you would like a signed copy and cannot attend the event, we're happy to take your pre-order. We ship most places!
