We are pleased to confirm our next Walk&Talk4Men city centre event, hosted by Alex MacGregor and taking in the Chelmer Valley River Walk in Chelmsford on Sunday 22nd November 2026.We will be meeting outside the steps of Shire Hall at the top of the High Street at 10:30am for a 10:50am set off. There is good parking and public transport routes nearby and it's a short five minute walk from the station. All are welcome to join us for tea or coffee at Coffee at the Mill on Parkway after the walk.
All men and those who identify as men aged 18+ are welcome. We are a friendly, supportive and uplifting community and brotherhood, and are there to offer companionship, kindness and a listening ear, whilst getting some gentle exercise and fresh air together.
Because when life's not so great, that's where we come in to listen and offer hope. Men don't have the greatest reputation on opening up and talking about their feelings, and we're here to change that, one walk and one conversation at a time.
