Everyone 6 months and older is eligible for an influenza and COVID-19 vaccine. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card with you.

- North Dakota Medicaid
- Sanford
- HealthPartners
*Adults who are uninsured or underinsured may receive vaccines at no-cost. Limited doses available.
*Those 18 and younger may qualify for vaccines at no-cost through the Vaccine for Children (VFC) program. VFC-eligibility:
- No health insurance
- Native American or Alaskan Native
- Underinsured
- Medicaid eligible
For those under the age of 18, consent from a parent or guardian is required during the registration process.
