About this Event
Walk & Talk Berlin #8: Identity as a Coach
This event is a new monthly in-person series exploring how movement, reflection, and conversation can support learning and connection within the coaching community.
Overview
Walking often opens space for fresh thinking.
On October 14th, we will meet in Mauerpark, Berlin, for a relaxed 60-minute walk. The idea is simple: step away from screens, walk side by side, and allow ideas and conversations to unfold naturally.
Following our exploration of body and intuition, this session will invite us to reflect on Identity as a Coach: who we are being, what has shaped our path and ways of working with clients, not only what we are doing.
Together, we will explore how values, assumptions, lived experience, and ways of relating shape our presence, choices, and development as coaches.
Come with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to reflect on the coach you are becoming and what you want to stand for in your practice.
It is also a space for us as coaches to slow down, reconnect, and resource ourselves together.

Anita is an Executive & Leadership Coach and a former board member of the Germany Chapter of ICF. She works with leaders and teams to navigate complexity, create clarity, and lead with resilience, purpose, and human-centered leadership.
Her work integrates leadership practice with insights from neuroscience, creative methods, reflection, and embodied thinking. Anita enjoys creating spaces where curiosity, insight, and meaningful connection can unfold.
With the Walk & Talk series, she invites coaches to experiment with a simple but powerful idea: that movement can open new perspectives and mental doors. This pilot is for curious minds who enjoy exploring fresh ways of thinking, connecting, and learning together.
