Walk 4 World Mental Health Day
Sometimes, supporting your mental health can be as simple as taking a walk, grabbing a coffee, listening to some great music, and connecting with your community.
This World Mental Health Day (October 10th), Care-2-Share invites you to bring your friends, family, and fur family, and take a scenic walk through Victoria, taking time to slow down, enjoy the fresh air, and connect.
To honour this year's theme, Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change, our walk will end at a local café to keep the conversation going over coffee, music, and shared stories!
Whether you choose to listen, share, dance a little, or simply enjoy your hot bevvie and connect with others, you're welcome exactly as you are.

About World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day, established by the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH) and recognized globally by the World Health Organization (WHO), is observed annually on October 10 to raise awareness and promote action on mental health. This year's theme,"Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change," highlights the importance of sharing personal stories to foster understanding, reduce stigma, and create meaningful change.
