We are ecstatic to welcome The Gaff back to his hometown of Victoria, to rock what is sure to be a monstrous set of Funk, Bass, House and whatever other body moving, booty dropping sonics he cuts and blends into our system. Two of Victoria’s premier party rockers, Anger and Primitive will warm up the room for The Gaff with an extended 2.5 hour set, on 4 decks and two mixers- the way b2bs are meant to be. The Gaff will smash 11:30- 1, and Selayne will shut down the night with a late night power hour till 2am.

The Gaff is a lifelong DJ/producer with skills & cuts, heart & class; One foot in the future, and one foot in the past. As a DJ, The Gaff elevates the art form of seamless multi-genre mixing. The result is amazing live performances with scratching, big smiles & a massive party rockin’ flavour!
As a producer, The Gaff’s sonic palette is extensive, from solo hip hop work, bangin remixes, 140 to uptempo dance floor house bangers, most recently with his group MVPZ with Amp Live, which is making big waves on the scene currently with their unique team up.
Born in Washington, D.C., U.S.A., Gaff was raised in Victoria, B.C., Canada, honing his skills throughout the turn of the century...Gaff has warmed it up for & oftentimes played right alongside notable Artists: Common, Questlove, Big Boi, Jurassic 5, The Roots, Del The Funky Homosapien, Souls of Mischief, Z-Trip, Dj Shadow, Dj Premier, World DMC Champ Roc Raida (RIP), Just Blaze, Nu-Mark, Cut Chemist, Dj Maseo of De La Soul, Ali Shahied Muhammed of Tribe Called Quest, Dj Jazzy Jeff and can be found adventuring with some of his best friends: Askillz, Krafty Kuts, Skratch Bastid, Fort Knox Five…

Pushing the DJ and rave lifestyle in the Pacific Northwest since 2000, supporting the music community by creating a slew of residencies, coordinating gigs for other DJs, promoting shows and developing the community through platforms like Party People Sound Solutions, Primitive Hustle, Footwork Entertainment, The Valley Stage (Tall Tree Music Fest), and PK Sound Victoria- Primitive currently finds himself in full flow state as the Music Director at The Downbeat nightclub. One of the true dons of the West Coast bass scene, Deejay Anger is one of the areas foremost experts on party rocking. His finely attuned ear and deft abilities behind the decks have made a force to be reckoned with on any dancefloor he finds himself. His seemingly endless blend of big bass, hip-hop, reggae, breaks, and drum n' bass provides unyielding delights to audiences wherever he goes.

A long-time supporter of the rave and festival scene on Vancouver Island, SELAYNE began her journey as a DJ in 2024 as a creative outlet, quickly falling in love with the craft. SELAYNE grew up surrounded by music - her father, a talented musician and guitarist, influenced her love of music from a young age. She discovered electronic music after being a long-time fan of rock, punk and indie in 2016 at her first overnight camping music festival. SELAYNE has always been a dancer and music enthusiast first, which has exposed her to many dance floors and styles of music on the West Coast.
Her ultimate goal is to create a sonic storyline that mirrors the growth of a garden or the flow of a dance. SELAYNE is a “Sonic Storyteller” who cultivates high-vibe, movement-driven journeys.
