HUGE NEWS - St Amand BBQ will be at WALES STRONGEST WOMAN 2027!
Meet Mike, the owner of St Amand BBQ.
After moving to the UK from the States 16 years ago, I’ve continued working in different restaurants and smoke houses, honing my skills as a chef throughout. I then spent five years as the Head Chef at a well known BBQ restaurant in Barry, which was an incredible journey and I was able to develop my knowledge and love of American BBQ.
Eventually, I decided it was time to branch out and put my own stamp on the BBQ world and St. Amand BBQ was born.
We provide authentic, smoked, American BBQ, with a focus on incredible flavours and food made with care. For me, BBQ is about more than just great food. It’s about bringing that backyard feeling to the table - the comfort, the atmosphere, the music, and those moments shared with family and friends.
My recipes are inspired by the flavours and food I grew up with in Rhode Island, from summer BBQs to celebrations like the 4th of July. Those memories and flavours are a huge part of what I aim for with St. Amand BBQ - authentic American BBQ with a little taste of home.
