Your Certificate of Completion
Completion of this class provides a homebuyer education certificate, which is an important requirement for borrowers who want to take advantage of eligible Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) down payment assistance programs.
Your certificate is valid for 2 years from the date you complete the class.
Important Class Requirements
Because this is a required 5-hour class, attendees must:
- Attend the full 5 hours of the class.
- Complete the required participation form & class survey.
All requirements must be completed in order to receive your certificate of completion.
