About this Event
Have you ever been asked a question on the spot and felt your mind go blank? Or started answering and lost your point halfway through? You’re not alone, and there’s a simple fix.
We will explore the AREM method, an easy four-step framework that helps you organize your thoughts in seconds and answer with clarity and confidence.
🎤 The AREM Method
A – Answer: Start with a direct response. No wandering, no warm-up.
R – Reason: Explain why you believe it.
E – Example: Bring it to life with a story, fact, or personal experience.
M – Message: Wrap up by restating your main point so it sticks.
Whether you’re in a job interview, a team meeting, or chatting at a networking event, AREM gives you a reliable structure to fall back on when you’re put on the spot.
