About this Event
Eco Warriors, we've got a deployment. 🚯🇺🇸
On Saturday, November 7, RFV is the crew behind the scenes at A Sublime Life Sobriety Festival, a free, all ages, fully sober celebration put on by the Nowell Family Foundation. Live music, speakers sharing stories of recovery and hope, art, wellness, food, and thousands of people having a good day.
The festival asked for veterans to take the heavy lifting and the cleanup. We said yes. We need 8 Eco Warriors, split into two crews.
📅 Saturday, November 7, 2026 (festival runs 11 AM to 4 PM, rain or shine)
📍 Oceanside Civic Center, 300 N Coast Hwy, Oceanside, CA 92054
PICK YOUR CREW
MORNING CREW (10 spots)
The muscle. Help vendors unload with dollies, unpack the graffiti wall from the U-Haul, set it up and lay tarps under it, and help get tables and chairs where the map says.
END OF DAY CREW (10 spots)
The cleanup. When the festival closes at 4 PM, sweep the whole site for trash and recycling, break down the graffiti wall and pack it back into the U-Haul, and help with load out. Breakdown starts when the event director gives the go-ahead.

Our mission is to remove trash from our planet by empowering Veterans to clean our communities. We accomplish our mission by having Veteran operated teams organize cleanups throughout the U.S. In return, we are giving Veterans a chance to recycle their leadership skills and continue our service in a different and equally important way.
